There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom on the fourth floor, i.e. the boarding floor. Wheelchair users are given priority seating upon request at the time of booking. The ramp at the Port of Tokyo is a sloping surface, but the ramp at Miyakejima is stairs, so wheelchair users must be assisted by staff to get on and off the ship.
