How to Start Virtual Ride
- What is Virtual Ride?
- Virtual ride is a sport where you ride a bicycle indoors on a virtual course. By connecting the trainer to the dedicated app, you can feel as if you are riding on a real road.
- How to Start Virtual Ride
- Get started easily in just three simple steps!
STEP1
- Install a Dedicated App!
- Virtual ride requires either the Kinomap or ROUVY app. Download the app and create an account!
*You can download it on your Windows, Mac, iPad, Android, or Apple TV.
STEP2
- Prepare the Necessary Equipment!
- Virtual riding requires a special device called a "trainer." A trainer is a device that attaches to the rear wheel of your bicycle, allowing you to exercise indoors.
Smart Trainer
It automatically changes the resistance to give you a realistic riding experience.
*You will need a bicycle (road bike, cross bike, etc.) in addition to the trainer.

Smart Bike
There's no need to attach anything to your bicycle, so you can easily get started with a fitness mindset.

Not Sure Which to Choose?
We recommend the smart trainer for beginners! By linking it with the app, it can also automatically adjust the resistance for hills.
Please check here for a list of trainer devices that are compatible with Kinomap and ROUVY.
